Clay Eals visits Railfest

Clay Eals, the author of the celebrity-filled “Steve Goodman:
Facing the Music,” will put on a presentation about the career of Goodman. Providing the music for Eals’ show will be longtime singer/guitarist Norm Siegel, of Elgin. The presentation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on the outdoor stage in front of the Kankakee train station One day before, at 12:00 p.m., Friday, June 5, at the Kankakee Public Library, Eals also will speak and present rare video footage of Goodman. Both events are free.
