The Kankakee Chamber of Commerce holds bi-monthly events called Kankakee Forums
The purpose of these forums is to bring the members of the Kankakee community together to share information about projects that are going on, and ideas about how they'd like their community to be. The Kankakee Chamber believes we should not only promote area businesses, but also empower the members of the public to take an active role in their community.
